This notice has been prepared by Aqua Medikal Tıbbi Araç ve Ger. İnş. San. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

When you complete the contact form on our website, we collect only the following:

• Your name and surname
• Your e-mail address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The content of the message you send us

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical data strictly necessary for the site to work — such as preserving your language preference — is used; it is not processed to identify you.

Form submissions reach us through Google Workspace, which provides our e-mail infrastructure, and our website is hosted on Vercel. Servers of these providers may be located abroad. Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transferred for marketing purposes.

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Automated request protection is applied to form submissions, and access is limited to the employees who will respond to your enquiry.

Once your enquiry is concluded, your data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable legislation require, and is then deleted or anonymised.
