Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by Aqua Medikal Tıbbi Araç ve Ger. İnş. San. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

When you complete the contact form on our website, we collect only the following:

• Your name and surname
• Your e-mail address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The content of the message you send us

The form does not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.); please do not include such information in your message.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and maintain commercial communication. The legal basis is Article 5/2-(c) — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5/2-(f), legitimate interest.

Your data is not used for marketing; no commercial electronic message is sent without your consent.

Form submissions reach us through Google Workspace, which provides our e-mail infrastructure, and our website is hosted on Vercel. Servers of these providers may be located abroad. Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or transferred for marketing purposes.

Once your enquiry is concluded, your data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable legislation require, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation for damages.
